All of us breathe 24,000 times a day! Right breathing is all about muscle memory and you can learn to breathe right.

6,000 years ago, Qi Gong was created with movements incorporating abdominal breathing to build the foundation of martial arts training. To be a good martial artist, the basic foundation is that you must be in good health, with strong bones, strong core and strong muscles. They discovered that in their practise, breathing right forms a big part of building this foundation of good health.

Qi Gong benefits may include: slow healing from chronic pain, prevention of chronic diseases, body alignment, sharpen focus and inner peace.
